今井政之造『蟹絵茶碗』（共箱）文化勲章受賞者 茶碗全体にたっぷりと白釉が掛けられ、鉄釉で蟹の絵と、それを表す「千里横行」の四文字が絵付されております。共箱より、華雪が絵付をしていることが判ります。四字と共に華雪の落款、高台脇に政之の印が捺してあります。共箱は蓋表に『千里横行』、蓋裏に『茶碗 政之 華雪』とそれぞれの印が捺してあります。 ＊千里横行とは、蟹の歩く姿を現す言葉であり、横行自在と記すこともあり、一匹や群蟹の場合もある。南画家が好んで描く画題。斎白石の「千里横行図」が有名。 ＊華雪の詳細は不明ですが、同じ広島県で大楽華雪(だいらくかせつ)先生（福山市）という書家がいらっしゃいますので同一人物ではないかと考えております。 キズ、お直しございません。 口径11㎝　高さ8.1㎝　高台径4.9㎝ 共箱。 古い物なので時代なりの汚れ、擦れ、キズがあります。画像をご確認の上お買い求めください。画像の色はモニターによって実際の商品と異なって見える場合があります。予めご了承ください。 ▢今井政之（いまいまさゆき）2018年文化勲章受賞 昭和５年(1930)～令和5年(2023) 陶芸家。文化勲章受賞者。大阪生まれ。陶芸界の第一線を歩んだ。 こけむしたような質感の釉薬「苔泥彩」を開発するなど独自の作風を深め、昭和44年、象嵌技法を器の広い面に施す面象嵌の手法を確立。自身の創作の代名詞となった。昭和53年、竹原市に竹原豊山窯を構え、晩年まで自宅のある京都と行き来し創作を続けた。瀬戸内海に親しんだ少年時代を原点に、生き生きとした魚などの動植物を皿やつぼに表現した。平成15年日本芸術院会員、平成23年文化功労者。平成21年に旭日中綬章、平成18年(2018)に文化勲章を受章した。日展顧問も務めた。広島県名誉県民、竹原市名誉市民など。 被爆地・広島にも思いを寄せた。原爆投下時、竹原市内の工場に学徒動員され、空が光るのを見た。プラハ演説をした米オバマ元大統領に共鳴し、10年、原爆ドームや鶴を面象嵌であしらった陶額を贈った。後進の育成にも力を注ぎ、多くの門下生を輩出した。92歳。
