椿文は、伝統的な搔き落とし技法で描かれ、黒釉で引き締められています。

使い勝手も良く、一般的なサイズの碗なので、お茶碗としても、丼ものやみそ汁を入れても使いやすいです。オシャレな見た目と機能性を併せ持つのは、萩焼ならではの魅力です。

We would like to introduce you to a Hagiyaki bowl with a beautiful camellia pattern. Hagiyaki is a pottery made in Hagi City, Yamaguchi Prefecture. It is one of the oldest traditions.
The camellia pattern is drawn using the traditional scraping technique and tightened with black glaze.

It's easy to use and is a standard size bowl, so it's easy to use as a rice bowl or to hold rice bowls or miso soup. The unique charm of Hagiyaki is its stylish appearance and functionality.
