厚東孝明先生が手がけた、椿文を描いた萩焼の皿です。内側と外側に施された椿文は、掻き落とし技法によって独特の美しさを醸し出しています。
大きく深い形状は、洋食から和食まで、あらゆる料理に合わせやすく、食卓を華やかに彩ります。また、職人の手仕事であるため、一つひとつ表情が異なり、手仕事ならではの温かみや味わいを感じることができます。

This is a Hagiyaki plate with a camellia pattern created by Takaaki Atto. The camellia pattern on the inside and outside has a unique beauty created by scraping techniques.
The large, deep shape makes it easy to match with all kinds of dishes, from Western to Japanese, and will brighten up your dining table. In addition, because each piece is handmade by a craftsman, each item has a different expression, giving you a sense of the warmth and flavor that can only be achieved by handicrafts.
