この角砧花入は、萩焼作家の上田敦之先生が手がけた一品です。四角に整形された砧型に、焦げ茶色のストライプが美しく描かれており、落ち着きのあるモダンなデザインが特徴的です。

This square Kinuta vase is a product created by Hagiyaki artist Atsuyuki Ueda. The square-shaped Kinuta-shape is beautifully decorated with dark brown stripes, giving it a calm and modern design.
The clay used is carefully selected from high quality porcelain clay suitable for Hagiyaki. After baking, each piece is carefully finished by hand, so no two pieces are the same.
